Stay up-to-date on relevant career, hiring, coaching, resume writing, social media, and other trends related to their services and to our mission
Maintain, post, and abide by clear confidentiality, privacy, payment, and refund policies
Disclose the existence of fee-sharing, business referral, or similar inducement arrangements or affiliations
Not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, disability, and age or other protected status or class
Comply with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations; contracts and agreements with us, colleagues, clients, and others; policies and codes of ethics of all other professional organizations granting licensure, affiliation, membership, etc; and all our policies, including any updates to this Code of Conduct
Respond promptly and appropriately to ethics-related communications from us, colleagues, clients, or the public
Accept discipline, censure, suspension, or expulsion from another professional organization may result in discipline, censure, suspension, or expulsion from this site and its affiliates
Cooperate with our investigation of alleged violations of this Code of Conduct and shall abide by its procedures and its director's decisions, including discipline, censure, suspension, and expulsion from this and affiliated sites.
