Why It Matters To You: These surveys aren’t just for women or mothers to read. Although many of you will have your first lawyer position as an attorney in a law firm, some of you will be headed off into companies. Many of the companies on these surveys are large enough to have in-house law departments, but they may also hire lawyers in other capacities (such as regulatory compliance, finance, human resources, and other law-related work). These surveys can give you a good sense of the culture at these companies, including flexibility and hours.
Considerations: These surveys focus on the overall company experience, rather than in-house legal departments or other legal and law-related positions.
